Responded and came out when they said. Although they couldn't help will the problem. The gentleman was very professional and took time explaining to me a few other solutions that might work. Would certainly recommend this company.

The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.

Very good customer service and a lovely man called stuart fixed our problem with the TV very tidy job .
